Do you accept debit or credit cards?

Yes! We do accept debit cards. There is a $3.50 transaction fee for purchases made with debit cards. Because of current federal cannabis laws, we are not able to accept credit card payments currently.

Where do I park?

We have very convenient, free parking just ~100ft away from the store. The parking lot is at the corner of Clemens Center Parkway and Gray Street. There are several parking spots marked with “The Goodie Bag Customer Parking” Signs.

How old do I have to be to purchase?

New York State law requires all customers to be 21 years or older. We are required to check identification upon entry.

Is there tax on product purchases?

Yes. New York State Law imposes a 13% excise tax on all cannabis sales.
